**About the position**
Reporting to the Chief Product Officer (CPO), the Head of Customer Success is the spearhead of the technical operations organization. She/he will be responsible for all technical activities related to planning, deployments, program and project management, vendor management and 24 x 7 customer support.
In addition, the position will serve as the customers advocate inside Asperiq, clearly communicating customers and deployments requirements back to the Product and Development teams. She/he will manage the operations teams globally.
**Responsibilities**
- Own all technical Operations activities
- Drive and maintain a world-class Operations organization; motivate and encourage excellence within the organization
- Build a scalable Operations organization internally and through network of partners globally
- Support pre-sales activities (PoC, Demos, etc.) as required by the sales and marketing teams
- Maintain a cross-company activities, ensuring that common processes are in place
- Own and deliver product deployments within budget, at the agreed timelines and exceed customers' expectations
- Maintain and assure a high-level accuracy of the deployed solutions through related security network related activities
- Develop cross-company processes and deploy best practices to increase productivity and reduce efforts and operations expenses
- Manage partners and vendors to ensure highest quality and competitive pricing work throughout all the deployments and activities
**Your profile**
- Minimum of 5 years in deployment related activities (software and hardware solution deployment) and leading medium size organization (over 10 resources)
- Proven success leading deployment projects. Working knowledge of deploying cyber security projects is a big plus.
- Strong "can do" attitude and an ability to optimize tasks through a global team (follow-the-sun activities)
- Excellent understanding of IT infrastructures, security architectures, and high availability technologies. Good knowledge of critical cyber security architectures is a plus.
- Ability to travel to customer sites of up to 40% of the time
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or equivalent experience
- Fluent English
