**Asperiq offers quantum secure encryption technology to governments, NGO’s and critical infrastructure organisations. We provide the foundational bedrock of a solid cyber defence.**

**About the position**

As the leader of the Asperiq Academy program, you will drive the strategy and development of our customer-facing training and coaching programs. This will include designing the approach, offering, individual curriculums, tools and technologies for learning management as well as developing the cross-functional team of trainers. Through your work, you will help our customers to grow their capabilities in cyber security, widely from engineering to operational and leadership roles.

**Responsibilities**
- You build and lead a team of learning experts and design and deliver effective, engaging, and scalable learning experiences. You will also be a trainer.
- You partner with government customers globally to uncover their needs and set priorities for the academy curriculum, including content and delivery.
- You evaluate and decide modalities and sources when it comes to creation and facilitation of learning materials and content.
- You create a reporting and measurement framework to monitor your team’s effectiveness and impact.

**Your profile**
- You have created and successfully delivered product and industry-focused education programs for customers.
- You have expertise in learning techniques and technologies in the related areas. These would be software and network technologies, cyber security, mathematics, technical operations, business and government strategies, international politics and/or international law.
- You are an excellent trainer yourself and able to fluently deliver to an audience ranging from engineers all the way up to ministers and generals.
- You have a track record of building and developing well organized cross-functional teams.
- You have successfully managed complex projects or programs with various stakeholders, requirements, and expectations.
- You have the highest demands on the quality of your work and in coaching your teams.
- You are creative, open, and communicative with very good written and spoken English.

**Your qualification**
- University degree in IT, Network Engineering, Computer Science, Cyber Security, Education or related fields
- Minimum of 3 years as a trainer, coach, or consultant
- Fluent in English.
