You can express yourself confidently in French and English (at least C1 level). Your communication skills are strong, and you can build trust across functions. Your responsibilities You are the point of contact in your unit, for questions about product range administration and planned deliveries. Engage in operational forecasting within the unit. Actively monitor and highlight deviations to maintain high-quality operational forecasts. Maintain accurate inventory levels through proactive monitoring and necessary interventions. Work with sales team to ensure product availability and minimize impact on customers and reduce cost. Create follow-ups and secure accurate reporting of service KPI's.
