What you'll need to have As Kitchen Production Manager you will be responsible for quality standards of customer experience in the customer and co-worker restaurant, implementing the global and national compliance standards, managing the food supply chain and range competence in the store. You will also be responsible for leading and coaching the kitchen production team in optimising and developing the IKEA Retail Food business, considering the IKEA brand position, strategies, legal compliance and people and planet positive in all IKEA touchpoints. - You have a CFC in a culinary domain or an equivalent qualification. - You have a real passion for both food and customer service. - You take pride in the way you serve our customers and want to give them a tasty reason to come back again and again - You like to ensure that the food we serve is always of the highest quality. - You are a strong communicator and speak and write in French, English fluently, and preferably German. It is important that you are flexible in terms of working hours. Early or late shifts within our opening hours and Saturday assignments will be part of your working schedule. **Your responsibilities** - Ensure compliance with IKEA's quality and food safety requirements, as well as any other applicable regulations, when operating in store areas reserved for the sale and consumption of food products. - Promote a culture of safety and encourage employees to raise concerns and discuss possible solutions. - Offer a range of irresistible food products, guaranteeing their consistent quality and presenting the assortment in an attractive way. - Exploit daily business opportunities to increase sales and profitability. - Ensure that customers are always at the center of our concerns, deal with them on a daily basis, learn from their feedback and take appropriate action. - Implement appropriate processes and procedures to guarantee food quality, food safety, operational excellence, introduce vitality and reduce waste.
