Who you are As Goods Flow Team Leader, you will be responsible for the execution of goods flow processes in your store area. To do this, you'll be responsible for coaching and working with Goods Flow colleagues, cooperating with the Sales and Interior Design departments to support sales and procurement to maximize our store's logístical performance. - You have a keen interest in retailing and logistics, areas in which you have gained a great deal of experience. - You are able to set expectations for employees, lead clearly, motivate and develop a team. - You have the ability to build trust and communicate clearly and accurately, to communicate and support your team. - You're customer-oriented, you can help identify and develop employees, and you can ensure that physical flows are efficient on a daily basis. - You can use your leadership skills to achieve results through flexibility, simplicity and speed. - You're able to manage high volumes in a dynamic environment, where you're keen to learn and develop. - You have good communication skills and are fluent in French, English and preferably German. It is important that you are flexible in terms of working hours. Early or late shifts within our opening hours and Saturday assignments will be part of your working schedule. **Your responsibilities** - Plan, organize and supervise the flow of goods in the warehouse area for which you are responsible (from receiving products to restocking the warehouse) so as to always have enough stock to meet customer demand. - Actively work to improve productivity through effective resource planning, including sick leave management, staff scheduling, flexibility and goods flow efficiency. - Inform your manager of the logístical capacity requirements of your area of responsibility, and the creation of business plans and action plans for the flow of goods. - Valuing your team by delegating responsibilities to help each person grow and develop according to their individual skills and experience.
