Who you are As our Customer Service Team Leader, you are the voice of our customers in the store: you understand their expectations and, together with your team and store colleagues, you ensure that every visit to IKEA is a positive experience for our customers. You ensure this with your highly competent colleagues, because we trust you and you have the freedom to act independently. - You have several years' experience in customer service and have already led a team. - You are an inspirational leader with strong social skills and persuasive powers, who approaches people in an open and proactive manner. - You work well under pressure and remain calm, helpful and friendly even under stress. - You have a solution-oriented way of working and a natural talent for optimizing work structures and processes. - You have an affinity for numbers, are cost-conscious and have strong negotiating skills. - You are a good communicator and are fluent in French and English, and preferably German. It is important that you are flexible in terms of working hours. Early or late shifts within our opening hours and Saturday assignments will be part of your working schedule. **Your responsibilities** - Promote customer orientation in the store and create a simple but inspiring shopping experience. - Analyze service offerings and customer wishes and implement appropriate measures to improve services and control installation costs. - Be responsible for the competent and cost-effective handling of complaints. - Act as a role model for your staff and promote the development of your team and the skills of each individual employee. - Be responsible for the efficient recruitment and planning of personnel in your area of responsibility.
