Who you are We're looking for a Commercial Activities Manager for our store in Riddes, to ensure our customers have an extraordinary shopping experience. - You have a flair for business and do your best in a fast-paced environment. - You're passionate about sales and committed to achieving goals and results. - You are able to make decisions to get things done, while being flexible, quick and straightforward. - You already have proven leadership experience in a sales role and can easily inspire, motivate and coordinate those around you. - You're ambitious, enjoy taking on responsibility and look forward to developing and growing at IKEA - Your communication skills build trust and clarity at all levels, and you know how to network with internal and external stakeholders. - You embody IKEA values, are interested in home furnishings and know the market as well as our competitors. - You are a strong communicator and speak and write in French, English fluently, and preferably German. It is important that you are flexible in terms of working hours. Early or late shifts within our opening hours and Saturday assignments will be part of your working schedule. **Your responsibilities** - Direct, communicate and manage the implementation of in-store commercial activities - Secure the vitality of the store to guarantee our customers an excellent shopping experience and encourage them to visit us more often. - Ensure that all other store departments take ownership of their responsibilities and deliver results - Analyze business performance and use this information to provide feedback and improve future business planning - Actively work with relevant stakeholders to identify potential and increase awareness of the IKEA brand across all available internal and external sales channels. - Understand the impact of actions on the bottom line, and act quickly to take advantage of all kinds of business opportunities.
