Für diese neugeschaffene Position an unserem Hauptsitz in Zürich suchen wir nach Vereinbarung eine verantwortungsbewusste und fachlich versierte Persönlichkeit als Head of Legal & Compliance, 80-100% (m/w/d) Ihre Hauptaufgaben: Aufbau und Etablierung der Legal- & Compliance-Funktion auf Konzernebene Ausarbeitung und Anpassung der Corporate-Dokumentation (Statuten, Organisationsreglement, interne Weisungen) Beratung der Geschäftsleitung und Fachbereiche in sämtlichen rechtlichen Fragestellungen, insbesondere Vertrags-, Gesellschafts- und Wettbewerbsrecht Rechtliche Begleitung und Beratung des Verwaltungsrats sowie Dokumentation von VR-Sitzungen (AC, NCC, ESG) Konzeption, Implementierung und Pflege eines Compliance-Management-Systems inkl. Schulungen, Richtlinien und Kontrollmechanismen Koordination und Harmonisierung rechtlicher Prozesse in den dezentralen Einheiten und in der Matrixorganisation Risikobewertung und -management in rechtlichen und regulatorischen Belangen mit Fokus auf die Lebensmittelindustrie Steuerung externer Rechtsberater sowie Zusammenarbeit mit Behörden Monitoring relevanter Gesetzesänderungen und regulatorischer Entwicklungen Rechtliche Prüfung und Verhandlung von Verträgen mit hohem organisatorischem Impact (Investitionen, Miet- und Kaufverträge etc.) Ihr Profil: Abgeschlossenes Jurastudium (Master of Law) Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Funktion auf Konzernebene, idealerweise in der produzierenden Industrie Fundierte Kenntnisse im Vertrags- und Gesellschaftsrecht sowie in Compliance-Themen Erfahrung mit dezentralen Strukturen und Matrixorganisationen Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Beratungskompetenz, dienstleistungsorientierte Haltung Pragmatische, ziel- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Unternehmerische Haltung mit ausgeprägter Hands-on-Mentalität Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau, Englisch verhandlungssicher, Italienisch von Vorteil Was Sie bei uns erwartet: In dieser Schlüsselrolle übernehmen Sie die fachliche Verantwortung für den Bereich Legal & Compliance und gestalten dessen Weiterentwicklung eigenständig. Sie agieren nahe am Group Management und prägen zentrale Governance- und Compliance-Themen auf Konzernebene.
