Au sein de l'Unité d'Appui administratif du bureau de pays, fournir un appui en transport au personnel du Sous Bureau de pays de l'OMS (Bandundu et Mbuji-Mayi) et conduire les véhicules officiels de l'OMSet veiller à ce que les véhicules soient maintenus en bon état de marche

OBJECTIFS DU PROGRAMME ET OBJECTIFS STRATEGIQUESIMMEDIATS
Les Unités d’appui administratif des bureaux de pays (CSU) ont été mises en place pour fournir un appui aux responsables et aux membres du personnel afin de leur permettre d’exercer pleinement leurs responsabilités dans l’environnement du GSM et de garantir la conformité aux politiques, procédures, règles et règlements dans toutes les transactions ou pour toutes les questions administratives et financières, dans le contexte d’un système de planification des ressources institutionnelles (ERP).
CONTEXTE ORGANISATIONNEL
Le titulaire travaille sous la supervision du Chef du Sous Bureau qui identifie les voyages/missions.Le titulaire du poste dispose d'une flexibilité pour la planification et la programmation des itinéraires.Les manuels à notre disposition sont: Les instructions relatives à la circulation/les plans des rues; les directives/instructions du Chargé du Transport, et le manuel d'entretien des véhicules.
RESUME DES TACHES ASSIGNEES
Sous la supervision directe du Chef de Sous bureau, le titulaire s'acquitte des tâches suivantes:
-Conduire les véhicules du service pour assurer le transport du personnel autorisé et la livraison et la collecte du courrier, des documents et autres éléments;
-Accueillir le personnel officiel à l'aéroport et faciliter les formalités douanières et d'immigration, au besoin;
-Assurer l'entretien quotidien du véhicule affecté, vérifier l'huile, l'eau, la batterie, les freins, les pneus, etc., effectuer les réparations mineures et prendre les dispositions pour les autres réparations, l'entretien régulier et veiller à ce que le véhicule reste toujours propre et en bon état de marche;
-Consigner au quotidien les voyages officiels, le kilométrage, les consommations de carburant, la vidange, le graissage, etc.;
-Veiller à ce que les mesures prescrites par les règles et règlements soient prises en cas d'accident;
-S'acquitter d'autres tâches selon le besoin sur la base de l'autorisation de la Chargée des Opérations

COMPETENCES FONCTIONNELLES
Connaissance parfaite de la conduite, du code de la route, des règles de sécurité et d'entretien journalier d'un véhicule; Connaissance des premiers secours. Apte à lire, comprendre et exécuter les instructions et les cartes dans la langue de travail ; Conduire prudemment. Apte à détecter et expliquer les pannes. Faire les réglages et réparations courantes. Une capacité à rédiger un rapport concis et fidèle des accidents.FORMATION (QUALIFICATIONS)
EDUCATION
Essentielle : Etudes secondaires avec un permis de conduire des catégories B, C, D.
Souhaitable : Une formation en mécanique automobile serait un atout.
EXPERIENCE
Essentielle: - Avoir au moins deux ans d'expérience dans la conduite en tant que chauffeur
Souhaitable:- Une expérience au sein du système des Nations Unies ou avec le ONG internationales serait un avantage
