 Aufgaben:
  • Erfolgreiche Positionierung und Repräsentation der Produkte und Dienstleistungen im Raum Zürich – Ostschweiz
  • Verwaltung von Mietverträgen
  • Kundenpflege und Akquise bei Liegenschaftsbesitzer, Investoren, Verwaltungen, Baugenossenschaften und Architekten
  • Zusammenarbeit und Sicherstellung des Informationsflusses mit dem Hauptsitz
  • Ausarbeitung von Offerten und Nachgebotsrunden zusammen mit Spezialisten
  • Aktive Marktbeobachtungen, Verkaufsförderungs- und Marketingmassnahmen umsetzen, Teilnahme an Sitzungen und Messen
Profil:
  • Technische oder kaufmännische Grundausbildung, Weiterbildung im Verkauf/Marketing
  • Gestandene und vertrauensvolle Verkaufspersönlichkeit mit ausgeprägtem Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Mehrjährige, nachweisbare und nachhaltige Verkaufserfolge
  • Branchenkenntnisse Haushaltsgeräte und im Objektgeschäft
  • Sozialkompetenz, Sie arbeiten gerne im Team
  • Hohe Eigenmotivation, Seriosität, Abschlussstärke, Verantwortungs- und Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Sprache: Schweizerdeutsch und Französisch (Mutterhaus Westschweiz)
