Mission Ihre Hauptaufgabe besteht darin, mit Ihrer organisatorischen und administrativen Unterstützung zum Erfolg der Boutique beizutragen. Sie kümmern sich um das operative Management aller Aspekte der Boutique. Sie unterstützen deren Leiter bei der Koordination und bei den administrativen Aufgaben. Die Inventarverwaltung wird ebenfalls zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören. Schliesslich kümmern Sie sich um die Korrespondenz, das Berichtswesen sowie die Rechnungsstellung und arbeiten mit verschiedenen Tools wie unserem ERP- und CRM-System. Diese Stelle wird im Rahmen einer Mutterschaftsvertretung für eine geschätzte Dauer von 8 bis 10 Monaten ausgeschrieben, wobei die Stelle so bald wie möglich angetreten werden soll. Experience Sie verfügen über eine EFZ-Ausbildung als Kaufmann oder eine als gleichwertig erachtete Ausbildung. Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit Informatiktools und haben idealerweise bereits mit einem ERP-System gearbeitet. Sie beherrschen die deutsche Sprache perfekt und verfügen über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse. Sie sind sorgfältig und lösungsorientiert und verfügen über ein ausgezeichnetes Organisationstalent sowie eine sehr hohe Teamfähigkeit.
