An exciting opportunity to build and lead an M&A Tax practice for a boutique advisory firm in Switzerland Our client, a rapidly growing boutique advisory firm is looking to bring on board a senior M&A Tax professional to build and lead their Transaction Tax offering in Switzerland. The position is to be based in their Zurich office.

The firm have an incredibly successful track record in deal advisory and restructuring work in Switzerland and across Europe and now feel that developing their own internal tax practice is the right next step.

This would be an incredible opportunity for an experienced Director or Partner who wants the same technical complexity as the Big 4 projects in an agile, entrepreneurial environment. It is also a unique opportunity to build and lead a service line in an established market like Switzerland.

**Requirements for the role**:

- Circa 10 years of M&A Tax advisory experience, gained in an advisory firm or similar business.
- Extensive experience in Tax due diligence projects ideally with exposure to both Corporate and Private Equity deals.
- Commercial acumen and a proven ability to win business.
- Fluency in English and German is essential, French fluency would be incredibly advantageous.
- Extensive experience and proficiency regarding Swiss tax legislation.
- Swiss tax qualified
