From Luxe Talent, International Recruitment and Training Consultancy specialised in Fashion, Luxury, Retail and FMCG, we are looking for a **BOUTIQUE MANAGER** for one of our clients, a **luxury skincare brand** known for its high-end products and focus on advanced skincare technology.

**The boutique is located in Bahnhofstrasse, Zurich.**

In our recruitment and training consultancy we work with different firms in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors around Europe and have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan and Munich.

Responsibilities of the BOUTIQUE MANAGER:

- Ensure the growth and turnover of the Flagship Boutique by managing the operations and the team.
- Lead the team to deliver an exceptional client experience by ensuring excellence in Boutique operations and client service
- Plan and implement strategies leading to growth, turnover and profitability of the store
- Execute client development plan by promoting and leveraging clienteling tools
- Guide & build Clienteling mindset among Team members
- Motivate the team, increase engagement and loyalty to the Brand
- Set individual objectives, evaluate performance and potential with the team
- Ensure internal/external store design is in line with the VM guidelines

Requirements of the of the BOUTIQUE MANAGER:

- Previous experience of mínimum 10 years in retail and 5 years experience in managing a luxury boutique
- Strong client centric mindset with an experience in establishing and growing client relationships
- experience in coaching and developing team members
- Excellent proven retail operational skills & standards
- Very high level of English & German, other languages will be considered a plus.
