Deine Herausforderung In dieser Schnittstellenfunktion baust du nachhaltig Kundenbeziehungen auf und bringst dein technisches Know-how gezielt in die Beratung ein: Du betreust dein eigenes Kundenportfolio und entwickelst dieses weiter, immer mit Blick auf Cross- und Upselling-Potenziale Du berätst Entscheider:innen auf Augenhöhe und verstehst es, Vertrauen aufzubauen In Zusammenarbeit mit den Engineers entwickelst du massgeschneiderte Lösungen auf Basis von Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform (Automate, Apps, Power BI) und weiteren Cloud Services Du denkst mit, erkennst Business-Potenziale und bringst Impulse für neue Angebote und Services ein Deine Qualitäten und Begabungen Studiumsabschluss (HF, FH, Uni/ETH) in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder BWL Idealerweise Berufserfahrung bei einer IT-Dienstleisterin und bereits mit Umsatzzielen gearbeitet Hohes technisches Verständnis & Affinität im Microsoft-Umfeld: M365, Azure, Teams/SharePoint, Microsoft Power Platform (Automate, Apps, Power BI) Du bringst ein Sales-Mindset mit und kannst dir ein Beziehungsnetzwerk auf C-Level und mit IT-Leitern aufbauen und pflegen Du hast keine Hemmungen auch mal Akquise-Telefonate zu führen Du denkst unternehmerisch, handelst eigenverantwortlich und setzt dir gerne ambitionierte Ziele Du kannst komplexe IT-Themen für KMUs verständlich und wirtschaftlich einordnen und als beratende Vertrauensperson auftreten Muttersprache Deutsch und jede weitere Sprache ist ein Plus
