Sales Manager Electrophysiology – Johnson & Johnson, Romandie (e.g. Lausanne, Geneva, Fribourg) SwitzerlandWe are seeking a Sales Manager to lead our Electrophysiology division, playing a key role in expanding our market presence and delivering innovative solutions to our customers. Objectives of the Position-
Achieving growth objectives through effective coaching of the sales team and strong project management

Developing and implementing a strategic business plan for sustainable growth in the area

Coaching, developing, inspiring and recruiting sales and clinical team
-
Building and cultivating long-term internal and external (customer) relationships
-
Implementing the company goals in the business area
-
Participation in conferences, seminars, and customer events (domestic and international)
-
Leading a large sales & clinical team and working closely with other sales related functions
-
Responsible for employee management (e.g. performance management, employee development etc.) and communication
- BS/MS degree in medical technology or a related field
- Proven experience to lead and develop high-performing sales teams
- Located and able to travel in Romandie (e.g. Lausanne, Geneva, Fribourg)
- Very good French and English language skills, both spoken and written

Strong knowledge of MedTech and of the product and the industry is preferred .

Ability to analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategy.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong leadership, influencing, and communication skills.
