We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead our Electrophysiology division, playing a key role in expanding our market presence and delivering innovative solutions to our customers. Objectives of the Position

• Achieving growth objectives through effective coaching of the sales team and strong project management
• Developing and implementing a strategic business plan for sustainable growth in the area
• Coaching, developing, inspiring and recruiting sales and clinical team
• Building and cultivating long-term internal and external (customer) relationships
• Implementing the company goals in the business area
• Participation in conferences, seminars, and customer events (domestic and international)
• Leading a large sales & clinical team and working closely with other sales related functions
• Responsible for employee management (e.g. performance management, employee development etc.) and communication

Qualifications

• BS/MS degree in medical technology or a related field
• Proven experience to lead and develop high-performing sales teams
• Located and able to travel in Romandie (e.g. Lausanne, Geneva, Fribourg)
• Very good French and English language skills, both spoken and written
• Strong knowledge of MedTech and of the product and the industry is preferred .
• Ability to analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategy.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong leadership, influencing, and communication skills.
