Telecom26 has an immediate need for a Junior Sales Associate to join our world-class team.

**Junior Sales Associate (M/F), 100%**:
The basic function of the Junior Sales Associate role is to generate new business opportunities for the company through a combination of filtering through inbound leadings, prospecting new accounts by following a regimented program of making outbound contacts, and engaging and growing existing accounts through world class account management.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Assist with filtering and prequalifying in-bound sales leads, and conducting appropriate follow-up
- Supports Sales and Customer Care organizations with
- pre-sales research
- project management
- Interfacing with Sales, Operations, and the Customer
- Proposal Development (answer to RFP, RFI)
- Assist with other sales and business development functions as necessary
- Maintain clear documentation of activities in the CRM
- Develop a strong understanding of Mobile Telecommunications and stay informed on Developments in the Industry and related Industries

To be successful in our company you will need to be passionate about mobile technology, account management and sales, curious about others, a good listener, not afraid to ask customers smart but challenging questions. Because we work with customers all over the world in several different industries, you’ll need to be adept at adapting to different cultures and communication styles and committed to seeking first to understand the customers’ needs before pitching them a solution. You’ll need to be adept at translating complex technical issues in to lay terminology, and interfacing between sales, operations, and customers. Previous experience working in the mobile industry would be a big help but is not absolutely required.

Speaking English is a requirement, and the ability to be in the office in Zug preferred.

- 1-2 years minimum experience in B2B Sales
- Telecom industry experience preferred but not essential

- Based in Zug (Switzerland), with the expectation to be in the office daily, hybrid mode is possible
