**Services & Solutions Associate - (French-speaking area), Switzerland**

The Customer Solution team is recruiting for a driven and solutions-oriented Services & Solutions Associate, located in Zug, Switzerland. The team develops and implements solutions beyond the products that offer the customer clear added value and that enable J&J MedTech to enter and / or strengthen strategic partnerships with our customers aligned with our Value based Healthcare (VBHC) strategy. The Customer Solutions department is an integral part of the MedTech strategy, and you will join a dedicated team with highly experienced colleagues. **Objectives of the position**
- Implementing digital and non-digital solutions for customers in the areas of optimization and standardization of clinical treatment paths, education, surgical excellence, sustainability, staff satisfaction and hospital logistics, using lean management, process excellence and change management principles to achieve the set business goals.
- Responsible for overall project management from end to end and its timely and proper implementation, as well as coordination with external and internal partners.
- Ensuring first level support and after sales services for implemented solutions.
- Very close collaboration with product managers and development teams, commercial team, and business units as well as cross-functional teams (e.g., HCC, Legal, Customer Service, etc.) and EMEA functions.
- Building and maintaining customer relationships in clinical and non-clinical areas
- Support in the acquisition of new orders in close coordination with the strategic account managers and business unit managers.
- Evidence generation and development of case studies.
- Identifying market trends and customer insights.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 5 years of professional experience in a medical technology company, hospital, or consulting.
- University degree (FH, ETH, University) in economics, health economics or medical training/studies with a strong inclination to implement e-health topics.
- French mother-tongue, based in French speaking part of CH is a must.
- Good knowledge of the hospital's internal procedures and processes and stakeholder management.
- Project management experience, process excellence and change management.

- High independence and sense of responsibility.
