Das Hotel verfügt über 80 Gästezimmer und Suiten sowie drei gastronomische Einrichtungen, darunter ein ganztägig geöffnetes Restaurant, ein Spezialitätenrestaurant und eine Lobby Lounge.
Mit seinen neu renovierten Veranstaltungseinrichtungen , einschließlich eines großen historischen Ballsaals, ist das Mandarin Oriental Savoy, Zürich ein idealer Ort für Meetings und Veranstaltungen.
*** We are looking for a Chef for our Staff Restaurant to join our team at Mandarin Oriental Savoy, Zurich The Mandarin Oriental Savoy, Zurich is located in the heart of the Old Town, within the city's main business district, close to leisure attractions, and just a short walk from the shores of Lake Zurich.
The hotel features 80 guest rooms and suites , along with three dining venues, including an all-day dining restaurant, a specialty restaurant, and a lobby lounge.
With newly renovated event facilities , including a grand historic ballroom, the Mandarin Oriental Savoy, Zurich is the perfect location for meetings and events.

Diese Position bietet ein Jahresgehalt von 65'000.00 CHF.
Sicherstellung der einwandfreien Zubereitung, Qualität und ansprechenden Präsentation unserer Speisen entsprechend unserer hohen Qualitätsstandards Sicherstellung, dass die Lebensmittelabfälle auf ein Minimum reduziert werden Kreative Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung eines neuen, abwechslungsreichen Speiseplans für unsere Mitarbeiterkantine Warenanforderung in Abstimmung mit dem Vorgesetzten und Kontrolle des täglichen Wareneingangs Verantwortlich für die tägliche Kontrolle der Hygienevorschriften und Sauberkeit im Rahmen der HACCP-Richtlinien *** This full-time role as a chef for our staff restaurant requires a high level of responsibility and runs from Monday to Friday, with an annual salary of 65'000.00 CHF.
