Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sushi Chef to join our dynamic team. As the lead kitchen specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless lunch and dinner services, managing inventory, maintaining quality standards, and adhering to health and safety protocols.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Mise en Place: Ensure smooth service by preparing ingredients and dishes efficiently
- Cooking wok dishes: Master the art of wok cooking to prepare menu items independently
- Quality control: Maintain freshness standards for food offerings
- Cleaning tasks: Keep the kitchen clean and tidy
- Hygiene protocols: Adhere to HACCP hygiene concept and maintain high standards
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- At least 2 years of experience working with gas woks
- Good German or English language skills for effective communication
- A keen sense of detail and precision in your work
- Motivation to grow and develop within the company

Salary
The estimated salary for this position is around CHF 80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
