As Sushi Chef you will join a committed culinary team driven with the intent of delivering ‘FIVE-star' guest experiences to an international diaspora.

Your organizational, communication, and leadership skills are second to none and you enjoy developing solutions that push groundbreaking boundaries.
You'll work closely with the management team to develop constantly evolving service goals.
TLNT1_CH Key Responsibilities Create a rich sushi menu with various main ingredients Prepare appetizers, soups and salads that are close to the philosophy of Japanese cuisine Ensure that all ingredients used in dishes are of the highest quality.
Preparing traditional Japanese sushi rice, chopping, slicing, and filleting various kinds of fish, and placing orders for supplies as needed.
Regularly taking inventory of food supplies and other products.
Should be able to customize customers' orders according to preferences and food allergy considerations.
Ensures adherence to highest quality food preparation and hygiene standards What We're Looking For Proven experience working in upscale sushi restaurants or 5 Star Hotels for minimum of 3-5 years in a similar role Good knowledge of various Japanese Ingredients and sushi types and sushi-rolling techniques The ability to work under pressure and with the team.
