Key Responsibilities:- IT Support: Be the first point of contact for IT support, resolving helpdesk requests and escalating issues to Level 3 when necessary.
- IT Infrastructure Management: Manage Azure and O365, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Hardware and Software Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues concerning printers, videoconferencing devices (Microsoft Teams, Zoom), and other IT equipment.
- User Support: Offer assistance to users in effectively utilizing IT equipment and software, providing training and guidance as needed.
- Documentation and Reporting: Record all IT support activities and resolutions in our IT helpdesk system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Global IT team to implement IT projects and enhancements across the organization.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in IT Admin or IT support role.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of O365 and Azure, proficient in troubleshooting hardware issues, and knowledgeable about system security.
- Language Skills: Fluency in French and very good level of English.
- Soft Skills: Customer-focused approach, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.
