About Our Client

We are seeking a responsible and cooperative individual with leadership experience to join our client, a successful and ambitious enterprise in the real estate industry based in Central Switzerland. Our client is a well-established company with a strong reputation in the market.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties
  • Plan and lead condominium association meetings
  • Be the primary point of contact for property owners, tenants, property managers, contractors, and government agencies
  • Be responsible for marketing commercial and residential spaces
  • Ensure the maintenance of all assigned properties
  • Develop and manage budgets
Requirements
  • Completed commercial education with a focus on real estate management and a valid Swiss certification
  • Several years of experience in managing mixed portfolios and in-depth knowledge of tenancy law
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong social competence
  • Proficiency in MS 365 and Garaio REM is an asset
  • Fluent German and English language skills
