Le poste de Spécialiste en Vente au sein de Neho est ouvert à tous les professionnels motivés qui souhaitent faire carrière dans le secteur de l'immobilier. Nous recherchons des individus enthousiastes et dynamiques qui souhaitent se lancer dans une carrière de vente et relation clients dans un environnement innovant et stimulant.

Responsabilités :
  • Qualification et closing téléphonique de nos prospects vendeurs et acheteurs pour l'organisation des visites d'estimation (Inbound & outbound sales)
  • Qualification et closing téléphonique de prospects pour notre activité de conseil en financement (Outbound sales)
  • Reporting des objectifs de ventes mensuels au Top Management
  • Mise en place et amélioration des stratégies de prospection et de nos processus de vente
  • Collaboration avec les équipes Produits pour le développement de nouveaux outils et amélioration des outils existants
  • Collecte de feedback clients par téléphone

  • Vous avez terminé un apprentissage ou des études dans le domaine de la vente, du commerce, de l'immobilier ou équivalent et justifiez d'une première expérience de vente réussie
  • Vous êtes à l'aise au téléphone, vous adorez le contact client et vous avez d'excellentes compétences d'écoute, de vente et de négociation
  • Vous êtes de langue maternelle française, vous avez une bonne connaissance de l'anglais, l'allemand est un atout
  • Vous êtes organisé(e), faîtes preuve de proactivité et du sens des responsabilités, votre manière de travailler est efficace et autonome
  • Vous êtes stimulé(e) par les challenges et l'atteinte d'objectifs ambitieux
