Commercial Operations Specialist

At Sunrise GmbH, we are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will play a vital role in managing order handling, validation, service entry, and billing processes for B2B products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Validate commercial orders for B2B customers to ensure accuracy and compliance with target agreements.
  • Generate and cross-check first service invoices, verifying ordered services and pricing details.
  • Communicate proactively with customers to ensure seamless order handling and keep them informed throughout the process.
  • Serve as the primary contact for B2B customers and partners during service implementation and the first billing cycle.
  • Coordinate and manage smaller projects or sub-projects within the relevant business areas.
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries in compliance with defined SLA or customer request deadlines.
  • Act as an escalation point for customer issues, working actively to resolve problems during critical situations.
Requirements:
  • Administrative or commercial training.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience.
  • High service orientation in dealing with internal and external customers combined with a precise way of working.
  • Mentally strong and a team player.
  • Excellent language skills in French and English mandatory, German and Italian an advantage.
