Business Development Specialist

Our innovative cloud-based platform automatically detects problems in application and infrastructure log data, empowering IT teams to proactively identify and resolve technical issues.
We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual with a passion for enterprise software sales to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential leads through research and outreach efforts
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective customers to understand their needs and interests
- Book client appointments and product demonstrations with qualified prospects
- Participate in sales presentations and demonstration meetings
- Update and maintain our CRM system to track commercial activity
- Meet measurable weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets
Your Qualifications and Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, French, and/or German
- Technical knowledge or interest in big data and enterprise IT tools
- Strong negotiation skills based on value selling
- Creative, persistent, and positive mindset to achieve objectives
- Experience with CRM software, lead generation, and automation tools
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, science, or a related field
