Chemistry Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chemistry Sales Specialist to join our team at CARBOGEN AMCIS. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling chemistry services to bring in and close new orders, as well as managing and developing existing client relationships.
Key Accountabilities:- Sell chemistry services to bring in and close new orders
- Manage and develop existing client relationships
- Acquire new client accounts
- Liaise with project management and scientific staff within business units
- Translate market and territory surveys into business plans
- Contribute to the development of market segment strategies to match the growing portfolio of businesses within the division
- Develop strategies with clients and business units aimed at improving overall business processes
- Manage sales budgets
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in a life science discipline, preferably chemistry or chemical engineering
- At least 5-7 years of experience within the pharmaceutical or life science sectors
- Experience of sales in a highly competitive environment
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to work effectively in a multi-functional and multi-cultural team
- Fluency in German and English
