Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Counsel to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice on various matters, including data protection, contracts, and general legal issues.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and international environment, collaborating with experts from diverse fields.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and advise on data protection matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Counsel business segments on various legal areas, including IT, financial, procurement, and business-related matters.
  • Draft and negotiate contracts, such as NDAs, IT services contracts, and partnership agreements.
  • Provide general legal advice on diverse fields of law.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Swiss law or Swiss bar admission preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Strong command of Swiss and European data protection laws and regulations.
  • Experience in contract drafting and negotiation.
  • Excellent general legal skills, including understanding of public laws.
  • Effective communication and team collaboration skills.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented approach.
  • Good understanding of commercial objectives.
  • Fluency in English (C1) and proficiency in French.
