We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Data Engineer Practice Lead to join our team.
Job Description:
As a Data Engineer Practice Lead at Visium SA, you will be responsible for leading our data engineering team and developing a vision for the practice that aligns with company objectives.
You will engage with potential and existing clients to understand their business needs and outline how we can solve their challenges and provide value.
You will ensure the business unit performs well and grows over time by providing technical guidance to the team on complex data transformation initiatives.
You will collaborate with sales and marketing to present our services and prepare proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and communicate a vision for the data engineering practice
- Engage with clients to understand their business needs
- Provide technical guidance to the team

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in data engineering or a closely related field
- Experience in leading and managing data engineering teams
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex data engineering projects
