Tasks
**Your Commitment will include**:
- Collaborate with test and development teams to understand test data requirements for each project.
- Design and implement test data management strategies, considering industry best practices.
- Identify and collect appropriate datasets for test scenarios, taking into account the diversity of use cases.
- Validate the quality and integrity of test data, ensuring that it accurately reflects real-world conditions.
- Establish processes for efficient creation, modification, and deletion of test data.
- Ensure that test data is managed securely and in compliance with data protection regulations.
- Resolve issues related to test data, such as inconsistencies, anomalies, or conflicts.
- Track and document changes made to test data, maintaining an accurate and up-to-date record.
**Requirements**:
Achieving the difference requires
- Bachelors or master’s degree in computer science and / or engineering or equivalent training
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in test data management, preferably in a software development environment.
- In-depth knowledge of software testing processes and different phases of the development lifecycle.
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in explaining technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
- Committed, proactive and curious, reliable, open, and creative personality with a strong interest in advisory topics
- Fluency in French and written English (B2). Any other language are an advantage
