In few words

We’re looking for a Release Test Manager for a client in the aeronautical sector, based in Geneva.

You will lead the evolution of Solution Release testing and execution of acceptance test phases with the main objective to increase quality and efficiency.

Activities

  1. Based on the proposed ATM Release change scope, define the Release Test Plan in collaboration with concerned parties, including End to End test plan.
  2. Drive the execution of all planned tests according to the Release Test Plan.
  3. Drive the execution of the formal acceptance test phase (Site Acceptance Test and User Acceptance Test).
  4. Review the Application Test Reports of all applications within an ATM release.
  5. Create the Release Test Report for the ATM releases, when required.
  6. Provide the test-related evidence for ATM Release deployment go/no-go decision.
  7. Monitor release test quality and identify improvement opportunities.
  8. Moderate the Community of Practice (CoP) Testing to improve delivery quality and test efficiency and people skills set.
  9. Act as single point of contact for all regulatory aspects linked to software testing.
  10. Interact closely with the Release Quality Officer to improve, expand and evolve the quality assurance strategy.
  11. Interact with Business Analyst and Agile Team Test Leads to ensure efficient ATM Release Validation, from SW to Solution End to End testing.
  12. Promote and support the adoption of automation in testing.

Your profile

  1. At least 5 years hands-on experience in test management in an Agile context.
  2. Experience in complex system management composed of multiple applications.
  3. Experience applying “Agile at scale” methods.
  4. Strong knowledge about the DevOps and Continuous Delivery processes and tools.
  5. Experience with modern tools and methodologies for source control, packaging and software release management.
  6. Hands-on experience in testing and test automation with tools like Squish or similar.
  7. A plus: User experience with Polarion, Jira, Confluence or similar.
  8. Willing to learn about ATM business and to develop a strong understanding of the “ATM product”.
  9. Fluent in English / French is a plus.

Job conditions

  1. Geneva.
  2. 2 days of remote per week.
  3. Starting date: ASAP.
