Engineering Manager for Waste-to-Energy Projects

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our team at Hitachi Zosen Inova. This is a full-time position that will play a key role in leading the engineering scope of our waste-to-energy projects.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the engineering scope of our waste-to-energy projects, ensuring timely completion, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with project stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop project plans
  • Leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality engineering designs and documentation
  • Collaborating with suppliers to ensure smooth procurement and delivery of materials and equipment
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure project satisfaction

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Proven experience in project management and leadership roles, preferably in the energy or waste management sectors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of approximately CHF 120,000 per annum, plus additional benefits and bonuses based on performance.
