Waste Management Project Lead

Kanadevia Inova, a global leader in waste-to-X technology, is seeking an experienced project lead to join our team. With a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting customer expectations, this role will play a critical part in driving our company's success.
Job DescriptionThe Waste Management Project Lead will be responsible for overseeing the project scope, ensuring quality, time, and cost responsibility, and providing professional guidance to technical project managers. This includes guaranteeing timely preparation of building data for execution, assuring CE conformance, and coordinating construction works to integrate the plant as a whole.
This role also involves experience exchange with product responsible teams, ensuring constructive supplier relationships, active claim management, and guidance on project scope in accordance with business processes and customer contracts.
The ideal candidate will have good process and product knowledge, be able to convince internal and external stakeholders, and recognize possible solutions to adapt and perform in different situations. They will convey experience by applying standardized methods to solve complex problems, choose solutions, and implement them.
Additional responsibilities include developing conceptual solutions, taking into account operational aspects, experience in dealing with suppliers and procuring complex systems, and working with multidisciplinary project teams. Construction management experience is beneficial, as is good coaching and moderation know-how, MS-Office user competence, and proficiency in German and English.
