Plant Layout Engineering Manager

Your RoleAs a key member of our team, you will directly contribute to turning waste into valuable resources such as energy, heat, hydrogen, fertilizer, and beyond.
Job DescriptionOverall ResponsibilityOverseeing the plant layout during the orientation and acquisition phase of large EPC projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Plant Layout Concept Development: Preparing the layout concept of the complete plant, incorporating process engineering, construction, electrical instrumentation, and control, logistics, and more.
- Information Exchange Management: Establishing and ensuring the exchange of all necessary layout data with third parties, including customers, consortium partners, and suppliers.
- Project Execution: Collaborating in the preparation of plant concepts, such as maintenance, traffic management, escape routes, and implementing them in the layout.
- Design Coordination: Coordinating designs and interfaces with other disciplines, including process, steel structure, and civil engineering, managing and executing layout reviews.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- At least 5 years' experience in plant engineering for large EPC projects.
- Solid project execution background, complementing problem-solving mindset and efficient performance.
- Experience in steel structure design, electrical layout engineering, and civil engineering.
- Proficient user knowledge of engineering tools, including E3D, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Revit, and profound knowledge of 2D and 3D CAD methodology.
- BIM methodology awareness and know-how (desired).
- Fluent in English, with any other language(s) welcomed.
