Building Service Layout Design Engineer

Job Role:
As a Building Service Layout Engineer at Hitachi Zosen Inova AG, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing building service systems layouts for our waste-to-X projects.
Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for a skilled engineer to prepare, update, and check building service systems layouts, including UG systems, Louvres, CCTV, Electrical Cabinets, HVAC systems, and Fire Fighting systems.
The ideal candidate will also generate and update 3D models, incorporating and checking drawings/3D models from external and internal suppliers.
In addition, you will ensure the exchange of all required layout data with the project team, consortium partners, and suppliers of engineering services.
Effective communication and teamwork are essential for this role, as you will attend internal and external meetings to review the building service model.
Requirements:
To be successful in this position, you will need a very good knowledge of Aveva E3D (former PDMS) and MS Office, with Navisworks and AutoCad being a plus.
A minimum of 3+ years of experience in plant/layout design of power plants, oil & gas, industrial, or equivalent, is required.
Additionally, you will need experience in creation of layout concepts of complete plants, technical risk assessment, and solution providing.
Fluency in English, German, or French is a plus, and an autonomous, solution-driven, and persuading personality is essential.
