Building Service Layout Design Engineer

About This Role
We are seeking a skilled Building Service Layout Engineer to join our team at Hitachi Zosen Inova AG. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing building service layouts for our projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and update building service layouts, including UG systems, louvres, CCTV, electrical cabinets, HVAC systems, and fire fighting systems.
- Generate and update 3D models of building structures, equipment, piping, and ducts.
- Incorporate and check drawings/3D models from external and internal suppliers.
- Ensure the exchange of all required layout data with the project team and consortium partners.
- Attend meetings to review building service models.
Requirements
- Proficient in Aveva E3D (former PDMS) and MS Office, with experience in plant/layout design.
- 3+ years of experience in plant/layout design, with knowledge of structural and mechanical designs, piping routing, and equipment/systems arrangement.
- Autonomous, solution-driven, and persuading personality with fluency in English, German, or French.
