Building Service Layout Engineer

As a Building Service Layout Engineer at Kanadevia Inova, you will be responsible for preparing, updating, and checking building service systems layout. This includes designing and updating 3D models, incorporating and checking drawings and 3D models from external and internal suppliers, and exchanging layout data with project teams and consortium partners. Your role will also involve attending internal and external meetings to review building service models.
Qualifications:
Very good knowledge of Aveva E3D (former PDMS) and MS Office is required. Experience in plant and layout design, structural and mechanical designs, piping routing, and equipment arrangement is also necessary. Fluency in English, German, or French is a plus. Autonomous, solution-driven, and persuading personality is essential for this role.

Job Requirements:
3+ years of experience in plant and layout design, structural and mechanical designs, piping routing, and equipment arrangement is required. Knowledge of Navisworks and AutoCad is a plus. Fluency in English, German, or French is also required. Autonomous, solution-driven, and persuading personality is essential for this role.
