Job Description:

At Kanadevia Inova, we're driving innovation in waste-to-X technology to create a sustainable future. As our Building Services Engineering Manager, you'll play a key role in leading our project scope, ensuring quality, time, and cost responsibilities are met. Your expertise will guide Technical Project Managers, and you'll oversee the preparation of building data for execution, guaranteeing CE conformance. You'll also coordinate construction works, facilitate information flow within the project team, and ensure compliance with HSE requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead project scope to satisfaction of the Customer/Project Director
  • Oversee quality, time, and cost responsibilities, ensuring economic feasibility
  • Provide professional guidance and development of Technical Project Managers
  • Guarantee timely preparation of building data for execution and O&M manual
  • Coordinate construction works, integrating the plant as a whole
  • Ensure information flow within the project team and initiate problem-solving
  • Experience exchange with product responsible and ensure constructive supplier relationships
  • Active claim management in conjunction with the respective department
Requirements:
  • Job-specific qualifications and professional guidance on project functions
  • Good process and product knowledge
  • Convinces internal and external stakeholders
  • Recognizes possible solutions, adapts, and performs in different situations
  • Develops conceptual solutions, taking into account operational aspects
  • Experience in dealing with suppliers and procuring complex systems
  • Good knowledge of engineering tools (CAE-tool)
  • Presentation skills
