Customer Relationship Management Specialist

Your RoleAs a CRM Assistant in our Team Eastern Europe and Germany, you will actively contribute to the Bank's purpose-driven growth with a lasting influence in the vibrant Eastern European Markets. You will provide high-end supporting services to our experienced Client Relationship Managers (CRM).
Your Responsibilities- Assist customers with queries and resolve corresponding requests
- Handle deposits, transfers, and check processing
- Ensure customer transactions and interactions adhere to legal and regulatory requirements as well as bank policies
- Prepare account openings, including processing them internally
- Execute trading orders, such as Stock Exchange and FX Trades
- Completed apprenticeship as Banking Commercialist or higher education in Business Administration
- 3 years of practical experience in Private Banking/Wealth Management
- Industry-specific knowledge required
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills; experience with operating systems like Avaloq is an advantage
- Ability to weigh problems and set priorities, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on mentality, with the ability to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Fluency in English and German; any Eastern European language is a plus
