We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Engineer with a passion for the automation industry to drive business development and sales efforts across the region west of Zurich. As a key member of our client's team, you will leverage your technical expertise and client network to deliver customized solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients in the Olten, Lucerne, and Zug areas.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
  • Utilize your existing network to develop long-term customer partnerships.
  • Present our products and solutions to potential customers, highlighting their specific benefits.
  • Collaborate closely with the engineering and project teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
  • Fluent in Swiss German and French; at least B1-level English for internal communication.
  • Experience in tooling and automation, particularly in the Olten, Lucerne, and Zug regions; experience in Romandie is a plus.
  • A strong drive for sales, with ambition and energy to succeed in this role.
  • Some prior sales experience in the industry; we are looking for candidates with a proven track record.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on finding mutually beneficial solutions.
  • Willingness to travel within the region.
