Zurich Flagship Lounge Director

Pre-Opening and Launch Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will collaborate with our team to design and implement the lounge's concept,including the food and beverage menu, kitchen equipment, and staffing requirements. They will oversee the recruitment and onboarding of team members, and lead the development of the customer journey.
Post-Opening and Operations
After the launch, the successful candidate will lead daily operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and exceptional guest experiences. They will standardize processes and procedures, own and drive operational and financial lounge performance, and manage financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth. They will also ensure compliance with Swiss food safety regulations and labor laws, and drive continuous improvement and development of the lounge's concept and offerings.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in hospitality management, with a strong focus on lounge, restaurant, or hotel operations in Switzerland.
- A degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities, with a proven track record in developing and implementing operational processes.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Franchise experience as a Franchisee or Manager of a Franchise is a plus.
- Affinity to motorsport and/or esports is a plus.
- Ability to manage and adapt to the challenges of a new opening, with a readiness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- A solid understanding of Swiss food safety regulations and labor laws.
- A passion for innovation in gastronomy and guest experience, combined with a strong commitment to maintaining exceptional service standards.
