We are seeking a highly skilled technical professional to join our Sales and Account Management team at Spectroplast AG, as we continue to revolutionize the world of additive manufacturing.

Job SummaryThis role involves implementing sales strategies, identifying market potential, establishing long-term customer relationships, acquiring new customers, preparing quotations, processing orders, cooperating with development and production departments, and tracking leads.
Key Responsibilities- Successful implementation of sales strategies and identification of further market potential.
- Establishing and maintaining long-term customer relationships and advising customers.
- Acquiring new customers in a dedicated customer sector.
- Preparing quotations, processing, and monitoring orders.
- Cooperation with the development and production departments and other experts.
- Systematic offer and project tracking as well as lead processing.
- Techincal training such as mechanical engineering, polymechanic, automation technician or similar training in a technical field.
- Ideally two years of experience in external or internal sales.
- High level of self-motivation and independence as well as good self-management and time-management skills.
- Very high level of commitment, team player and customer focus, combined with a competent, confident manner, advisory and negotiating skills.
- Strong social, organizational and communication skills.
- Quick comprehension skills combined with a high willingness to learn.
- German as a native language with business fluent English verbal and written.
- Willingness to travel of approx. 10-20%.
- Open and appreciative culture & varied and fulfilling work.
- Flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths.
- Possibility of parking.
