Job Summary

This role involves implementing sales strategies, identifying market potential, establishing long-term customer relationships, acquiring new customers, preparing quotations, processing orders, cooperating with development and production departments, and tracking leads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Successful implementation of sales strategies and identification of further market potential.
  • Establishing and maintaining long-term customer relationships and advising customers.
  • Acquiring new customers in a dedicated customer sector.
  • Preparing quotations, processing, and monitoring orders.
  • Cooperation with the development and production departments and other experts.
  • Systematic offer and project tracking as well as lead processing.
Requirements
  • Techincal training such as mechanical engineering, polymechanic, automation technician or similar training in a technical field.
  • Ideally two years of experience in external or internal sales.
  • High level of self-motivation and independence as well as good self-management and time-management skills.
  • Very high level of commitment, team player and customer focus, combined with a competent, confident manner, advisory and negotiating skills.
  • Strong social, organizational and communication skills.
  • Quick comprehension skills combined with a high willingness to learn.
  • German as a native language with business fluent English verbal and written.
  • Willingness to travel of approx. 10-20%.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is around CHF 80,000 - 100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
