We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Sales and Account Management team at Spectroplast AG as we continue to revolutionize the world of additive manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement sales strategies to identify new market opportunities and drive business growth
  • Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships through expert advice and guidance
  • Acquire new customers in a dedicated customer sector and develop strategic partnerships
  • Prepare and process quotations, monitor orders, and ensure timely delivery
  • Collaborate with development and production departments to drive innovation and efficiency
  • Track and manage sales leads, offers, and projects to maximize conversion rates
  • Organize and participate in trade fairs, events, and meetings to build brand awareness and drive sales
Requirements
  • Technical training in a field such as mechanical engineering, polymechanic, or automation technician
  • Up to two years of experience in external or internal sales, with a proven track record of success
  • High level of self-motivation, independence, and good time-management skills
  • Strong commitment to teamwork, customer focus, and advisory and negotiating skills
  • Excellent social, organizational, and communication skills
  • Quick comprehension skills and a high willingness to learn
  • Native German language skills with business fluent English verbal and written
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
