Customer Service Advisor Role at Albinati Aeronautics

Albinati Aeronautics, a reputable company based in Geneva, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join our team. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, responding to their inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Service Coordination: Coordinate with the Flight Operations department to ensure seamless execution of client requests, including arranging luxury services as needed.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and third-party service providers.
  • Process Monitoring: Monitor and oversee the timely completion of all processes, including flight supervision and third-party service management.
  • Relationship Building: Foster ongoing communication with clients and various company departments to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Languages: Proficient in French and English is essential, with fluency in other languages being a significant advantage.
  • Citizenship: Swiss citizen or EU/EAA.
  • Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organizational Skills: Possess outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build connections with customers and maintain a positive telephone manner.

  • Experience: Previous experience in business aviation or luxury services is required.
