About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with high-net-worth individuals and their representatives, arranging private jet charters for corporate business meetings, leisure trips, and other events.

As a Private Jet Charter Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, advising them on the best charter options, and ensuring seamless flight experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a successful sales list of high-net-worth clients and their representatives
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver charter flights and meet client expectations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a customer-facing role in luxury products and services
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships
  • Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in a second language an advantage
  • Ambitious, motivated, and willing to learn new skills and industry
  • Hardworking and flexible, with the ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Organised with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
