Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated Aviation Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves engaging with clients, coordinating services, liaising with stakeholders, and monitoring processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients: receive customer flight requests and coordinate with the Flight Operations department.
  • Coordinate services: arrange additional luxury services based on customer needs.
  • Liaise with stakeholders: communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor processes: ensure all processes are completed on time and monitor all flights and third-party services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Languages: fluent in French and English is mandatory. Proficiency in any additional language is a must.
  • Citizenship: Swiss citizen or EU/EAA.
  • Multitasking: able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Organized: excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Interpersonal Skills: strong ability to build relationships with customers and maintain a positive telephone demeanor.
  • Customer-Oriented: willing to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction.
  • Flexible: willing to work on a shift basis.
  • Experience: previous experience in business aviation or luxury service is a must.
