Finance Product Specialist: Strategic Solutions Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Product Specialist to join our team at Richemont. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic product domain and contribute to the development of solutions for our manufacturing entities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze, maintain, and develop systems, processes, and functional solutions in the area of Controlling, stock valuation, and product costing.
  • Provide expertise, guidance, and presentation skills on SAP FI/CO solutions, particularly in CO, COPA, COPC, and PS modules.
  • Become the reference for business partners, 2nd level support, and other team members.
  • Maintain direct relationships with all entities and stakeholders while collaborating with Group Finance and Business Product Owners to define business strategy.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or Business Administration.
  • Fluent English language skills, with French being advantageous in our manufacturing context.
  • Long hands-on experience with SAP Finance (FI / CO) and strong business and integration knowledge from various projects.
  • Strong project methodologies experience, including agile and scrum.
  • Familiarity with system operation aspects such as test automation, internal controls, support, documentation, and related tools.
  • Sound experience in manufacturing processes and financial impact, with knowledge of integration points in Sales & Distribution, Quality Management, Customer Service, Material Management, Logistics Execution, APO processes, BW / BI, Customizing, and Data Migration handling.
Working Conditions

This role offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. The company maintains a good relationship with its entities and stakeholders, allowing for a pleasant working environment. As many manufacturing operations are French-speaking, French language skills or mother tongue can be beneficial. However, all backend processes and documentation are in English.
