Customer Service Advisor

Albinati Aeronautics, a leading company in business aviation and luxury services, is seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Advisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement: Receive and coordinate customer flight requests with the Flight Operations department.
  • Service Coordination: Arrange additional luxury services based on customer needs.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Process Monitoring: Ensure timely completion of processes and monitor flights and third-party services.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain communication with customers and company departments.
Candidate Profile and Prerequisites:
  • Languages: Fluency in French and English is mandatory, with proficiency in additional languages a plus.
  • Citizenship: Swiss citizen or EU/EAA.
  • Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build relationships with customers and maintain a positive telephone demeanor.
  • Customer-Oriented: Willingness to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work on a shift basis.
  • Experience: Previous experience in business aviation or luxury service is a must.
