Job Title – Soft Services & Events Lead

Location – Geneva, Switzerland

Job Model – On-site

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Soft Services & Events Lead to join our team in Geneva, Switzerland.

As a Soft Services & Events Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring a consistent soft services delivery in all our Geneva sites, driving and leading external providers, and acting as a key and referring contact for our key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a consistent soft services delivery in all our Geneva sites.
  • Drive and lead external providers to deliver high-quality soft services.
  • Act as a key and referring contact for our key stakeholders.
  • Define and implement services strategy to improve employee and client experience.
  • Manage space optimization and transformation projects.
  • Measure and follow up service delivery, propose service improvements, and lead providers toward excellence.

You Bring:

  • A BSc/MSc in Hospitality Management, Facility Management, Event Management, or equivalent.
  • +10 years of relevant experience in hospitality services (events, catering, hotel industry).
  • Strategic thinking in designing soft/hospitality services delivery and event management.
  • Proven capacity to measure, monitor, and follow internal and external customer satisfaction.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with track records of framework deployment with processes and procedures.
  • Ability to lead change management, communicate, and deliver a consistent message to diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • English and French fluent (C1).
