Executive Support Specialist

LCX is a global financial technology company based in Liechtenstein that focuses on tokenization of assets, utility and security token offerings, and advanced trading tools. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Personal and Executive Assistant to the Management and Board of Directors with excellent German and English language skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a broad range of administrative tasks for the Board of Directors and Chief Executive, including calendar management, expense reports, document preparation, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Communicate effectively with partners, clients, staff, and vendors.
  • Coordinate meeting schedules, agendas, minutes, and action items.
  • Collaborate with support teams, including Finance, Administration, Human Resources, and IT.
  • Support billing and timesheet maintenance.
  • Manage travel logistics and process expense reports.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and responsiveness, and contribute to the development of new operational procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Consulting experience is a plus.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent German language skills and perfect English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Suite, including Docs, Spreadsheets, PowerPoint, and Calendar.
  • Ability to communicate, collaborate, and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently.
  • Project Management Professional desirable.
  • Already living in Switzerland or willing to relocate. Swiss or EU passport holder is a must.
